Construction materials for thermal and sound insulation

Construction Industry

Expanded Polystyrene is used in thermal insulation of roofs and walls of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. It is also used in prefabricated panels, lightweight concrete and foundation engineering for roads and bridges, as well as in expansion joints in buildings. Expanded Polystrene has very good sound insulation properties and is hence used in residences and offices for sound insulation purposes.

Packaging Industry

Expanded Polystyrene is a packaging material and can be made available in the form of sheets and shape molds. It has various packaging uses in the food industry, electronics industry, heavy goods industries, glass, and various other industries. Expanded Polystyrene beads are also used as an excellent filling material in loose packages. Paper Corrguated Rolls and Boxes are used for packaging in all kinds of industries in the form of boxes and separators.

Our Products

Excel Styropack Private Limited is in the line of producing Expanded Polystyrene (Thermocol) products, which have various uses in the packaging and insulation industries. We manufacture Expanded Polystyrene sheets and slabs, which are mainly used for protective packaging and insulation boards for various products. The sheets are also used in insulation of terraces of residential buildings, offices and factories, and for insulation of pre-fabricated PORTA cabins and in expansion joints of buildings and structures, among other things. We also provide Thermocol pipe sections in various sizes for cold insulation of pipelines.

Pipe sections are available for pipes of diameter 0.75-14 inches in various insulation thicknesses in 1 meter length.

Shape molding is used for packaging various kinds of products, and can be tailor-made for different functions. It has various applications in electronics, handicrafts, engineering goods, automobile, and packaged/unpackaged food products, and pharmaceutical industries, to name a few. It is an ideal product for transportation of temperature-sensitive products from one place to another in the form of ice boxes in the food and pharmaceutical industries. We also produce Thermocol beads for bean bags and cushions, and for space-filling in general.
