State of the art machinery

The company is in the line of producing Expanded Polystyrene (Thermocol) products like slabs, sheets, shape molding, and pipe sections as well as Corrugated Paper products like rolls and boxes. The installed capacity of EPS in the factory is 150 metric tons per month, expandable to 300 metric tons per month, as and when required.

The plant has fully automatic machines for pre-foaming like batch pre-expanders, block mold and shape molding machines. All the machines are PLC-controlled which give higher productions, along with a higher quality finished product.

The plant currently has two pre-expanders, one block molding machine, and one cutting machine of imported/Chinese origin, and eleven indigenously made shape molding machines.
